THE PASSIO TRAINING PATHWAY

Passional pathways for denominations, conferences, churches, and seminaries.

At Passio Dei we believe that our purpose is to live each day as an adventure in imagination, guided by compassion, so that we can infuse the world with healing love.

We do this by serving as spiritual guides who help people heal, love, and unleash their imaginations to create better lives, organizations, and communities.

Our Training Pathway

Our core conviction around training involves scenius: “the genius of the scene.” The genius is not in the room, the genius is the room. We take participants on a journey through the development of their passional communities - from the Greenhouse to the Garden to a healthy and thriving Rainforest.

Participants in a Passional Training Pathway will quickly discover that our trainers are not talking head experts, but fellow practitioners, and guides who facilitate what’s already in the room. We use multiple teaching modalities and experiential exercises to cultivate a shared experience of dialogue and peer-to-peer learning. All of our trainings can be adapted for onsite, online, or hybrid.

Greenhouse

Opening wide-net training day that provides an overview of Fresh Expressions and the blended ecology.

Garden

Teams of cohort practitioners gather for a deep dive into practical guidance on cultivating fresh expressions and other passional forms of ministry.

Rainforest

Teams (guided by consultant) provide a day of “reverse mentorship” in which students present their new expressions and share key learnings.

A Dream Lab May Be for You...

Dream Lab is a 24-hour getaway for a team of people from your church to break out of imaginative gridlock. Sitting around a table with your team, a brainstorming facilitator will guide the room through creative prompts and questions to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them to the next dream God has for their church. Starting something new? Tweaking/refining something existing? What is God calling your church to next? Find out at Dream Lab!
